Algunos de los costos para Estados Unidos de su política contra Cuba

Some of the Costs for United States of its Policy Against Cuba

Resumen

En el análisis de la aplicación de medidas coercitivas contra Cuba se ha priorizado el amplio efecto que han tenido las mismas sobre la realidad cubana, pero existen pocos análisis integrales desde la ciencia sobre las consecuencias que estas tienen también sobre los propios Estados Unidos. El artículo identifica algunas áreas del mayor impacto, varias de ellas recogidas en los memorandos de entendimiento firmados entre ambos países entre 2015 y 2017 y propone otras que se deberían considerar.
